You must be at least 21 years of age and located in the Philippines to use jlber. By registering, you confirm you meet both requirements. Misrepresentation of age or location is a material breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
Each player may maintain only one active jlber account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. jlber reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and void any bonuses or winnings accumulated under multiple registrations by the same individual.
Funds deposited to your jlber account and used for gameplay cannot be refunded. Unplayed deposit balances may be eligible for return to your original payment method subject to verification and applicable processing times. Bonus funds are subject to separate wagering requirements.
All bonus offers at jlber are subject to minimum wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps as specified in the individual bonus terms. Misuse of bonus offers, including collusion or system exploitation, will result in bonus cancellation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlber login credentials. jlber will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where the breach resulted from your failure to secure your credentials. Enable two-factor authentication for stronger protection.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from your use of jlber will be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts and, where applicable, PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. By using jlber, you consent to this jurisdiction.

By registering an Account, logging into an existing Account, or otherwise accessing or using the jlber Platform, you unconditionally agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or policies applicable to specific Games or promotions published on the Platform.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and jlber. You should read them carefully before registering. If you are registering on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms, and that person meets all eligibility requirements set out herein.
To register and maintain an Account on the jlber Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while using the Platform:
To access the full range of jlber services, you must register a Player Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. This includes but is not limited to your legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on the jlber Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jlber employs automated and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, jlber reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any accumulated balances, bonuses, or winnings.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and any subsequent updates is accurate, truthful, and not misleading. Providing false information, including fictitious names, borrowed identification documents, or incorrect dates of birth, constitutes fraud and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account will be attributed to you. Notify jlber immediately via live chat support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
jlber is required under its PAGCOR license and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) legislation to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, at other stages of the player relationship.
KYC verification requires submission of one or more of the following valid Philippine government-issued identification documents:
jlber may additionally request proof of address (utility bill, bank statement) or source of funds documentation where required by PAGCOR compliance obligations. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal restrictions. Accounts with pending or failed KYC may still access games but will be unable to process withdrawals until verification is complete.
All financial transactions on the jlber Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jlber does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees which are outside jlber's control.
jlber currently accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, 7-Eleven (OTC), USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction in the jlber Cashier.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and Maya. Minimum amounts for other payment methods are displayed in the Cashier. jlber reserves the right to modify minimum deposit thresholds and will notify players via a Platform notice prior to any such change.
jlber reserves the right to refuse any deposit or to impose additional verification requirements in connection with deposits where there are reasonable grounds to suspect irregular activity, money laundering, or fraud. Deposits made via credit facilities or with funds that are not legally yours are prohibited.
All Account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Any cryptocurrency deposits (USDT TRC20) are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit, as displayed in the jlber Cashier. jlber is not responsible for fluctuations in cryptocurrency values between the time of deposit initiation and completion.
Players may request withdrawals of available Account Funds (excluding locked bonus funds) at any time, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance with these Terms.
jlber targets the following processing timeframes, measured from the point of request approval: GCash and Maya — within one (1) hour for verified accounts during standard operating hours; Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) — same business day; USDT TRC20 — within two (2) hours subject to blockchain confirmation times. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees, and may be affected by third-party payment provider processing schedules.
jlber applies a "withdrawal to source" policy for AML compliance purposes. Withdrawal requests must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit of equivalent or greater value. Where the source payment method is unavailable or impractical, jlber's compliance team will determine an appropriate alternative withdrawal channel subject to additional verification.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the jlber Cashier at the time of the withdrawal request. jlber reserves the right to process large withdrawal requests in multiple tranches if required for operational or regulatory compliance reasons. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is subject to staged processing.
jlber offers various promotional incentives to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and loyalty program rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with individual offers.
All games available on the jlber Platform operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for RNG-based games, and live-stream infrastructure for live dealer games. Game outcomes are determined independently of jlber's financial interests and in accordance with certified fairness standards required under the PAGCOR licensing framework.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or disconnection during gameplay, jlber will take reasonable steps to reconstruct the state of play from server records. Where a malfunction results in an incorrect payout — whether too high or too low — jlber reserves the right to correct the Account balance to reflect the accurate outcome. Game malfunction decisions by jlber's technical team are final subject to PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures.
jlber reserves the right to cancel, void, or refuse any bet where there is evidence of system manipulation, exploitation of software errors, collusion between players, or placement of bets in breach of applicable sports betting rules. Voided bets will be returned as non-bonus Account Funds.
Theoretical RTP percentages for individual slot and RNG table games are available within each game's information panel on the Platform. Actual player returns over any given session may differ significantly from theoretical RTP due to the inherent variance of gambling games.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jlber Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of all Account Funds, and referral to PAGCOR and Philippine law enforcement where applicable:
jlber reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where jlber suspects breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, fraud, or where required to do so by PAGCOR or Philippine law. jlber will provide notification of Account closure where legally permissible to do so.
Upon closure of an Account in good standing (i.e., not due to breach of Terms or fraud), any remaining verified Account Funds will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting jlber customer support via live chat. Accounts closed at the player's request are subject to a cooling-off period before any remaining balance is processed for withdrawal.
jlber is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming guidelines. jlber recognizes that while the majority of players engage with casino games for entertainment, a small proportion may develop problematic gambling behaviors that can cause harm to themselves and their families.

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, service marks, logos, graphics, game interfaces, and other intellectual property on the jlber Platform are owned by or licensed to jlber and are protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes as a registered Account holder. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineer any software used on the Platform; or use any jlber trademark, logo, or brand asset without prior written consent.
Game content displayed on the Platform may be owned by third-party game providers. All such content is used under license and remains the intellectual property of the respective providers.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jlber's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform — whether arising in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to jlber in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jlber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of data; interruption of service; third-party actions; or losses arising from reliance on information provided on the Platform.
jlber does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, where such exclusion would be prohibited under Philippine law.
jlber reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or PAGCOR regulatory direction.
Your continued use of the jlber Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you should cease using the Platform and contact jlber support to close your Account and arrange withdrawal of any remaining Account balance.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, jlber is subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. Players who are unable to resolve a dispute directly with jlber may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official channels. Contact details for PAGCOR are available on the PAGCOR official website.
