jlber collects personal data that is strictly necessary for account operation, identity verification, payment processing, and PAGCOR compliance. We do not collect data speculatively or for purposes unrelated to your jlber account and the services you use.
jlber does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for commercial purposes. Data shared with third parties (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers) is shared only to the extent necessary to deliver jlber's services to you.
All personal data transmitted between your device and jlber's servers is protected by 256-bit TLS encryption — the same standard used by Philippine banks. Data stored in jlber's systems is subject to access controls, encryption at rest, and regular security audits.

jlber retains personal data only for as long as necessary to deliver services, comply with PAGCOR regulatory obligations, and meet the record-keeping requirements of Philippine anti-money laundering law. Data no longer needed is securely deleted or anonymized.
In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights, jlber will notify affected players and report to the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, as required under Philippine data protection regulations.

jlber is a PAGCOR-licensed online casino and sportsbook platform serving Filipino players across the Philippines. When you register a jlber account, complete KYC verification, make a deposit or withdrawal request, contact customer support, respond to a survey, or submit a complaint, you provide personal data directly to jlber.
When you access and use the jlber Platform, certain technical data is automatically collected — including your IP address, device identifiers, browser information, session times, and pages visited. This data is collected via server logs, cookies, and similar tracking technologies as described in Section 8.

jlber does not sell your personal data. jlber shares personal data with third parties only in the following circumstances and only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:
jlber engages third-party service providers who process personal data on jlber's behalf under data processing agreements. These include: KYC and identity verification providers; payment processors and gateway operators (GCash, Maya, bank APIs); fraud detection and risk management services; customer support platform providers; and cloud hosting and infrastructure providers. All such providers are contractually bound to process data only as instructed by jlber and in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection law.
Games on the jlber Platform are supplied by third-party game providers (e.g., PG Soft, Jili, Pragmatic Play). To facilitate gameplay, limited session and account data (such as a pseudonymous player identifier and balance) is shared with game providers through secure API connections. Game providers do not receive your name, contact details, or financial information.
jlber will disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), or other competent Philippine authorities where required by law, regulatory direction, court order, or as necessary to protect the rights, property, and safety of jlber and its players.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of jlber's business or assets, personal data held by jlber may be transferred to the acquiring entity subject to equivalent data protection obligations. Affected players will be notified of such a transfer and of any changes to this Privacy Policy before the transfer takes effect.

The jlber Platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years and above, as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. jlber does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.
All registrations are subject to mandatory KYC verification, which includes age verification through government-issued identification. Where jlber discovers that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21, that Account will be immediately suspended, the data deleted or restricted to the extent permitted by law, and any funds returned to the deposit source.
Some of jlber's service providers — particularly cloud infrastructure providers, game providers, and KYC verification services — may process data on servers located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, jlber ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place as required by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC issuances, including:
jlber does not transfer personal data internationally for commercial data brokerage or advertising purposes. International transfers occur solely to enable the technical delivery of jlber's licensed gaming services.
jlber may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or NPC guidance. Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.
Minor or non-substantive updates (such as corrections to typos or clarification of existing language) may be made without prior individual notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects the most recent revision. We encourage players to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how jlber protects your personal data.
Your continued use of the jlber Platform after the effective date of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated terms. If you disagree with material changes to this Policy, you may contact jlber to close your account and arrange return of your Account balance.
