jlber Privacy Policy

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following definitions apply:

• "jlber," "we," "us," "our" — the operator of the jlber Platform, a PAGCOR-licensed entity providing online casino and sportsbook services.
• "Platform" — the jlber website at jlber.app and all associated services, applications, and features.
• "Player," "you," "your" — any individual who visits, registers on, or uses the jlber Platform.

• "Cookies" — small text files stored on your device that help jlber recognize returning visitors and improve platform functionality.

jlber is a PAGCOR-licensed online casino and sportsbook platform serving Filipino players across the Philippines. As the Data Controller for all personal data collected through the jlber Platform, jlber is responsible for ensuring that such data is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

jlber has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing the company's data protection practices and serving as the point of contact for player privacy inquiries and NPC correspondence. Contact details for jlber's DPO are provided in Section 15 of this Policy.

jlber collects the following categories of personal data from players, depending on how you interact with the Platform:

jlber does not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as health data, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or political opinions. If such information is incidentally disclosed during support communications, it will not be processed for any purpose beyond resolving the specific support matter.

When you register a jlber account, complete KYC verification, make a deposit or withdrawal request, contact customer support, respond to a survey, or submit a complaint, you provide personal data directly to jlber.

When you access and use the jlber Platform, certain technical data is automatically collected — including your IP address, device identifiers, browser information, session times, and pages visited. • Contractual Necessity: Processing required to perform jlber's obligations under the Terms & Conditions you agreed to upon registration — including account management, game delivery, and payment processing.
• Legal Obligation: Processing required to comply with jlber's PAGCOR license conditions, Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) obligations, and other applicable Philippine laws — including KYC verification, transaction monitoring, and regulatory reporting.
• Legitimate Interests: Processing necessary for jlber's legitimate interests where these are not overridden by your interests or rights — including fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement.
• Consent: Processing based on your freely given, specific, and informed consent — including sending promotional marketing communications. You may withdraw consent for marketing at any time by updating your preferences in Account Settings or contacting jlber support.

jlber uses personal data for the following specific purposes, each of which is tied to a lawful basis as described in Section 5:

• To create, manage, and maintain your jlber Account and provide you with access to all Platform services;
• To verify your identity and age in compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and Philippine law (21+ verification);
• To process your deposits and withdrawals through your chosen Philippine payment methods (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, etc.);
• To comply with Anti-Money Laundering Act obligations — including transaction monitoring, suspicious transaction reporting, and record-keeping;
• To provide customer support, respond to your enquiries, and resolve disputes;
• To detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, collusion, and other prohibited activities on the Platform;
• To monitor gameplay patterns for responsible gaming purposes and provide appropriate interventions where problem gambling behaviors are identified;
• To administer bonus offers, promotions, and loyalty program benefits;
• To send you account notifications, transaction confirmations, and security alerts (these are non-marketing, service-essential communications);
• To send you promotional communications about jlber offers and new games, where you have consented to receive such communications;
• To improve and optimize the jlber Platform based on aggregated, anonymized usage analytics;
• To comply with any court order, regulatory direction, or legal process issued by a competent Philippine authority.

jlber does not sell your personal data. jlber shares personal data with third parties only in the following circumstances and only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:

jlber engages third-party service providers who process personal data on jlber's behalf under data processing agreements. These include: KYC and identity verification providers; payment processors and gateway operators (GCash, Maya, bank APIs); fraud detection and risk management services; customer support platform providers; and cloud hosting and infrastructure providers. All such providers are contractually bound to process data only as instructed by jlber and in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection law.

Games on the jlber Platform are supplied by third-party game providers (e.g., PG Soft, Jili, Pragmatic Play). To facilitate gameplay, limited session and account data (such as a pseudonymous player identifier and balance) is shared with game providers through secure API connections. Game providers do not receive your name, contact details, or financial information.

jlber will disclose personal data to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), or other competent Philippine authorities where required by law, regulatory direction, court order, or as necessary to protect the rights, property, and safety of jlber and its players.

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of jlber's business or assets, personal data held by jlber may be transferred to the acquiring entity subject to equivalent data protection obligations. Affected players will be notified of such a transfer and of any changes to this Privacy Policy before the transfer takes effect.

jlber uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Platform to improve your experience, maintain session security, and collect analytics data. The following types of cookies are used:

• Essential Cookies: Required for the Platform to function — including session management, login authentication, and security tokens. These cannot be disabled without impairing Platform functionality.
• Functional Cookies: Store your preferences such as language settings, display options, and responsible gaming tool configurations. These improve your experience across sessions.

jlber does not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral tracking technologies for the purpose of serving targeted advertising to players on external websites. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings; however, disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging into your jlber Account.

jlber implements technical and organizational security measures commensurate with the sensitivity of the personal data it processes and the risks associated with operating a licensed online gambling platform serving Filipino players. These measures include:

• 256-bit TLS Encryption: All data in transit between your device and jlber's servers is encrypted using industry-standard TLS protocols;
• Encryption at Rest: Sensitive personal data stored in jlber's systems — including KYC documents and financial data — is encrypted at rest;
• Access Controls: Access to personal data is restricted to jlber personnel and service providers who require it to perform their authorized functions, subject to role-based access controls;
• Password Security: Player passwords are stored as salted cryptographic hashes — jlber staff cannot see your password in plaintext;
• Two-Factor Authentication: Available to all players as an additional account security layer;
• Regular Security Audits: jlber's security infrastructure is subject to regular penetration testing and vulnerability assessments;
• Incident Response: jlber maintains a documented data breach response procedure compliant with NPC notification requirements under the Data Privacy Act.

jlber retains personal data for the periods set out below, after which data is securely deleted or anonymized unless a longer retention period is required by applicable law:

• Account Data: Retained for the duration of your active Account relationship with jlber, plus five (5) years following account closure — in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act's record-keeping requirements.
• KYC Documents: Retained for five (5) years from the date of verification or account closure, whichever is later, as required under AMLA and PAGCOR regulations.
• Transaction Records: Deposit, withdrawal, and gaming transaction records retained for five (5) years in compliance with AMLA obligations.
• Support Communications: Live chat transcripts and email correspondence retained for two (2) years for dispute resolution and quality assurance purposes.
• Marketing Data: Retained until you withdraw consent for marketing communications, at which point your contact details are removed from active marketing lists (though they may be retained on a suppression list to prevent future accidental contact).
• Technical/Log Data: System access logs and security event data retained for up to twelve (12) months for fraud prevention and security investigation purposes.

Following the expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely destroyed using industry-standard data destruction methods, or anonymized such that it can no longer identify any individual player.

Under Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012), you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by jlber:

The jlber Platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years and above, as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. jlber does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

All registrations are subject to mandatory KYC verification, which includes age verification through government-issued identification. Where jlber discovers that personal data has been collected from an individual under 21, that Account will be immediately suspended, the data deleted or restricted to the extent permitted by law, and any funds returned to the deposit source.

Some of jlber's service providers — particularly cloud infrastructure providers, game providers, and KYC verification services — may process data on servers located outside the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, jlber ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place as required by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC issuances, including:

• Contractual data transfer agreements incorporating NPC-recognized standard contractual clauses;
• Transfers only to jurisdictions with an adequate level of data protection as recognized by the NPC; or
• Explicit consent from the data subject where required.

jlber does not transfer personal data internationally for commercial data brokerage or advertising purposes. International transfers occur solely to enable the technical delivery of jlber's licensed gaming services.

jlber may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable Philippine law, PAGCOR regulatory requirements, or NPC guidance. Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered players via email notification to the registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect.

Minor or non-substantive updates (such as corrections to typos or clarification of existing language) may be made without prior individual notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects the most recent revision. We encourage players to review this Privacy Policy periodically to stay informed about how jlber protects your personal data.

Your continued use of the jlber Platform after the effective date of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated terms. If you disagree with material changes to this Policy, you may contact jlber to close your account and arrange return of your Account balance.
